Hi - if you will all remember in the disclaimed from credit Swiss it noted that CS expects to receive income or something similar from SYR in the next 3 months so this could probably be seen as an expected cap raise befor 2013 or early in 2014. For those that think this is a problem they are wrong! 1. Yes SYR will need funds army they going to develop the biggest graphite deposit in the world! Amongst other things. So no stress there
2. Every resource company at some stage has to raise funds, and there are many options to how this is done, off take agreements, raising at a good price, insto and sophisto investors etc, also don't forget the non exercised options again no problems

Bring it on SYR the days of seeing sub 2.50 are nearly gone.

It surprises me that no one on the SYR treads have brought up the 13% tax that was discussed at the AGM - maybe we one of you who attended should elaborate ?
