    Considering successful Texas sale would bring in 10s millions and was last stated to conclude at end of this month (10 days) in the last company statement, the fact there is a CR strongly implies Texas sale is not successful.

    Surely the company must make a statement on this otherwise this is headed to 1/2P I reckon.
