It is interesting to see the subject of JV dissolution come back again. In my thoughts on the Agm I said I was struck by what seemed to be a meeting strategy - Ags is working hard to achieve production ( and has no other agenda )but has been tripped up by incomprehensible tactics. Can Ags get the ground back / No. What is H up to ? Don't know. Damages ? - Can't speculate on outcome. There was a definite lid on certain areas of questions.
I have no legal knowledge but it seemed to me that Ags has carefully positioned itself to be clear of any blame and entrapment of its partner, allowing H infinite rope with which they can hang themselves and leaving a wide open claim for damages - an issue which was a complete no no at the meeting. Perhaps the definite no !!! to JV dissolution at the meeting was part of the strategy.
