It LEGALLY belongs to all Shareholders. MaCintyre is there today, he may not be there tomorrow (figuratively speaking.....), with all his unexplained delays and unconventional (in mining circles) modus operandi....
Understand the difference?
The party was YOUR PARTY. Extract IS NOT P.M's company.
He has neither right nor power to get rid of ANY shareholder. Neither does he have any right to clearly exhibit blatant favouritism toward anybody. It's unethical. It's ILLEGAL. It's punishable under our Laws.
