As soon as we have brokers calling something a "speculative buy" it rings danger bells to me.

So when it goes down and you lose 50% of your capital they will turn around and cover their ass by saying "it was speculative"

I have always found that when certain interest parties want to get rid of a dog they will pump the volume a bit and call it a buy.

Check out money flow / accumulation / distribution on this and it will show the mugs are buying from the pro's again.

Oh by the way "no contract has been formally signed"
