I appreciate you're siding with Latham.... but he really is a symptom of the rise and rise of people who hate. this includes the Libs and Nats, PHONies and PUPpys..... these people are fast becoming a relic of a dying political culture that is led by these particular parties who think the rest of the nation will agree with them if they can only cut down the left so that they will win - just as Abbott did.
but Abbott has the gift of rhetoric..... the rest that have followed are getting dimmer and dimmer in their mental faculties. Dutton, being the latest iteration of dim right wingtipper thinking, is the reason why the Libs lost and Latham.... well Latham is just an artefact of 1960's hatred and fear of the "Other".
Langton is a firebrand who wants to lead her people to the promised land.... yep, she's angry and vindictive imo, but she is correct. Latham did this to himself by not understanding his lack of internal moderation of his speech is pure offence.
