I am betting that HAW's retaliation in relation to LCY's cash call that resulted in HAW accusing LCY being in default of JV agreement as project mangers was part of HAW's plan to speed up the sale of the 40% to LCY.
I would think it is safe to assume that HAW don't want to pay any $$$ out on Mt Bevan exploration & are sick of waiting for LCY to buy them out so the threat of legal action was designed to force LCY & NMDC's hand.
We can only hope we get a resolution to the ownership of it " shortly "
