Think they announced when the results were released that they would take up the rest of the project so is nothing new. The paper work we got was just to ratify the issue of shares? (must admit I dont read that stuff much ).
I agree it seemed odd at the time and looking on their website it does not say much about it. I still hold but have a good entry so not doing any harm.
