I'm in exactly the same position. I have paper losses of $60k in just a few months and will sell to crystalise a tax loss to offset gains on other stocks.

Nothing the company is doing at the moment inspires me with any confidence and there is no way I will tip more money in without some sort of material announcement. If the future was bright why did RFX not find a cornerstone investor rather than a cap raising at fire sale prices. Unless SH comes to the rescue I cant see them raising more than a few hundred thousand.
