5kw peak vs powerwalls 7kw peak

The ZBM has 10kw hours vs Tesla's 13.5 but still very competitive.

When you take into consideration the flame retardant properties of the ZBM I'd prefer it over the Tesla in principle, would need to have a real hard look at both but safety is a big deal..What is your family's lives worth?

These batteries are going to service two needs for most residential users..Backup power in the event of a blackout & night time power usage offset by solar system during the day.

Most homes would not have every a/c..light bolbe or television on at 2am so ZBM should more than service most residential users I'd imagine?

Also in the event of the rare blackout if the owner has to priorities his/her household usage for a few hours is it the end of the world? The powerwall is not streets in front on specs.

It's not really a conversation worth having right now because it would not seem the residential market is in their grasp anytime soon (hope I'm wrong) but when it is people will consider these parameters.

    1) Cost
    2) Specifications
    3) Safety
    4) Reliability
    5) Footprint

The ZBM appears to have the clear advantage of safety & it does not degrade over time where a lithium will need replacing.

Will be interesting to see the maintenance costs over 10-15 years when the data is eventually available some day.. eg internal pumps replacing if at all etc.
