I don't want to say too much, but I've tried to get into contact with someone from sales for a few months now related to bringing Redflow into China, and whoever is in charge of sales is always "out of the office". Never returned a call or email. Quite bizarre for a company that has stated they are trying to get into the Chinese market.
I'm being quite persistant, but imagine if I am a customer and the company doesn't call me back? I would be looking at other products.
I think something is wrong with their sales process.
