From my perspective it was a strategically calculated risk that was worth the risk as was going tax man anyway.

Mind boggles with regards to the others who have converted and paid the conversion fee when the heads were less, however KRC thanks you for your charity.

The oppies being converted would have cashed up the company for quite a while.
Its going to leave a sour taste in my mouth when they do their next CR.
