9876, your call on 15,000 bopd target is perceptive. Here they are about to achieve that self determined "milestone" probably ahead of time, and there is no indication yet of pushing for more, rather than increasing reserves within that lease.
Somewhere I read about facilities at the refinery or wherever to handle 20,000 bopd, but why push harder with the increasing tax effect, like wind resistance.
Keeping a sustainable flow rate for longer is a better value way to go for all concerned. But here especially for tax reasons.
