Apparently IQ's above about 150 can't be well quantified, because of the nuance required to determine the marginal incremental increases of intelligence beyond that level. It won't be properly measured within a standard IQ test. So an intelligent person who reported an IQ of 210 would also know that what they're reporting is inaccurate.
