I think you are wrong. He is street smart in the same way as any narcissist knows how to manipulate and play people. He has a good nose for what will be in his interest, how to cheat or how to get others to cheat for him. for me that’s not an issue of intelligence at all. Nor is it common sense. It’s an issue of morality - and in my view he is not just immoral but amoral
