    This is history repeating itself I think.

    LY SFG Australia pulled their bid after consideration of their 2013 financials.

    I reckon Findex is not gonna make a formal bid. There hasn't even been a indicative price.

    I think Crowe has great fundamentals but I don't think a bid is coming.
