You haven't told us how the new controllers are likely to get GLX out of its liquidity problems. Were the other companies subject to this backdoor approach also short of cash? If so, how did they finance the new projects?
The attraction of GLX has been the small number of shares on issue but perhaps this advantage will soon disappear?
One thing seems inevitable though - they'll want the s.p. up considerably before raising funds.
