what do chart tells

A bit of possitive.
A while back we had some chartists keeping us informed.
Can't remember who it was. GoNute or maybe Mosart.
Who ever can you tell me what the chart of last 3yrs tells?
There is talks here that WN's mates may be warehousing again.
Am I right that the chart shows after April last yr.no large trading. For 9 mth.
Actually less than 12m during the 9 mth.
If I am right us stubborn hold tighter is doing a good job telling WN where to go.
