What do Directors often recommend in the event of a takeover offer?

Their advice is often along the lines of, " pause, do not act hastily. Wait to see what comes out of the woodwork."

Given our Director's did not see fit to offer this advice I'd suggest it is well worth considering as an independent board may well have suggested as much at this point in the cycle.

You will still have the option for many weeks of accepting the OZL offer.
