    But what if someone else will compete with Glencore for OZL after they sat back and allowed OZL gobbled up AVB? The value is in AVB's resources, not in OZL. If they were interested in buying OZL why haven't they already bought OZL? Wouldn't be better for them to ensure they grab AVB's resources before OZL?
