I have noticed that AVB available shares are drying up on market at the 15.5 mark since TO announced.

Anticipating 17c will come in the absence of a superior offer.

If a superior offer arrives we could easily hit 20c.

With the time we still have, happy to sit, keenly observe and act when all scenarios, that have been superbly discussed here either materialise or not.
