Some AVB management might hang up their boots but if they do take up positions with OZL(my expectation) then I see no reason to not believe that they will be instrumental in the unlocking of Carajas potential and also gold and whatever else.

AVB management IMO probably decided that what lay ahead is above them so better they rethink the forward strategy and include someone who has the required UMPH to unlock the potential.......................it's just business
