Many S/H's very unhappy with what's been going on with the on/off t/o - come - merger and Sage changing direction with the deal,taking a part payment of $20ml and the $40ml later with no conditions and the long option given to close the 15% deal, and wanting to retain the company and the money "in the best interest of shareholders and do funding deals with it".
Good chance that when the S/H meeting is held a big,big 'NO' vote will occur and an attempt to throw out the board and renegotiate the deal or find another buyer will be on !.... as many suspect decisions and behaviour have been made and done.
No deal is done until the fat lady sings !
