Just read the last quarterley as it explains it all. In my opinion MAK have overcome their biggest obstacle (raising $$$$ in this current market) and wil start to progress through their timelines accordingly. We should hopefully find out soon who these other parties (other than Ballance) are that want large samples.

I hope you are right as I would love to see MAK own 85% of the Sandpiper/Meob play and seeing UCL at present is very vulnerable I wouldn't be surprised if it happened but I doubt it as MAK will aim to get Wonarah up and running first.
