Valued insight appreciated.
I have been long since early last year, and find their business compelling. I viewed it purely as a dividend yeild play originally, but as I have read more about their interests I have firmed my holding.

However, should the mortgage market turn downwards (which I havent seen strong evidence of), I am concerned about the impact of defaults etc. on bottom line.

Would like to keep contact with you and views on this stock.
