I think Mountainbike (crypto investor, a previous EUR holder and way too early seller at a large loss) is about the only person in the world worried about the mine entrance.
Large holders such as myself are not worried in the slightest. There is a video out there where they put that old down ramping chestnut to bed - I just can't locate it at the moment.
But here's a nice recent video (below link) of Tony talking about the project. I don't sense too many worries or issues by the management of the company - or the Local Austrian and European Governments for that matter who are very supportive of Wolfsberg. The mining licence has been issued so it's full steam ahead once the DFS and financing are sorted in the next quarter or two. Off-take is already done and dusted by a global Major.
It's not even close. Wolfsberg is a no brainer and WILL go ahead!!! You would be pretty blind and frankly a real "dumbass" not to see the writing on the wall here. There is very little risk left to overcome to get this into production and it will be progressed and finalised in 2022.

Get ready for the transformational cap raise to fund part of the plant (along with the EU funding part of the Hydroxide plant). This will be the last chance to get in before the big re-rate and large rise in SP. It has happened to all my other Lithium producers and EUR will follow the same path. Make sure you own a few EUR heads even if you hold mainly options as I do, as they may do an SPP for their transformational cap raising in due course.
