Unfortunately is is not so straight forward concluding the market cap from the JORC resources of a Lithium miner.
I heard an interesting interview (don't know who it was) with a CEO of a Lithium miners in regards to this.
There are lot of variables determining the value of a Lithium company. (e.g.: Type of mineralisation, How the Lithium get accessed?, Extraction method and cost, infrastructure, existing Offtake agreements and conditions, DFS, Funding and Funding structure (debt/equity), government support and legal environment, potential resource expansion and many others.)
Saying this I believe that EUR is undervalued. If we see Offtake agreement done by Traxys and DFS completetd this quarter there should be a lot more confidence being added to the value of EUR.
My guesstimate would be 20c/25c+.
