Not Poo Pooing class action, I believe a class action will be required but suing at the first sign of problems sounds like the actions of a spoilt little brat.

I also clearly stated while in the trading halt mind you that i did not think there would be a take over, i thought a deeply discounted cap raising and or asset sales. Due to mgmt incompetence i doubt whether a cap raising would get up now, unless it was a strategic stake. assett sales would be done at bargain price leaving OZL in a S*/# position.

The board should be sacked but for that to happen would take time and major shareholders.

At this point the lawsuit should be instigated when administrator are called in because at that point investors now for a fact what has happened, currently it is just a lot of supposition.
