It seems strange that we would rise so much off news that has nothing to do with the financial viability of the project. Surely it was a given that the Qld Government would give the green light. The big risks lie in what Garrett might do (to cover up for the effects of the tax, I'm sure he would love a delay) and whether the thing will be financially viable in our brave new socialist society.
Still I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just a bit suprised at the strength of the reaction.
