    Can someone tell me in a nutshell what this company does.I read they do some stuff with mobiles and websites in China and also lotteries in China.They also have a hand in mining.I do not see much revenue or receipts coming in but plenty going out that is why they are going to the market for money.Is it all hot air or are they onto something in China?
