All they have to do what they are doing now, one value adding deal and well after another. The fact that the market doesn't currently realise the value at present does not mean that it won't eventually, even if it is the form of a takeover or management buy out.
I checked on the value of D36, I sent an e-mail to the co and they say that 1mj of gas sells for $3.50 -$4.50 in WA at present with a spot price of $8. Lets call it $4. 6,000,000 Cu/Ft (Conversion rate used 1CU/FT = 0.00108 of a megajoule) of gas per day from D36= 6480MJ by my reckoning which equals revenue of $9.4m or 4c per share gross. This confirms what one of the earlier posters estimated.
Can't speculate as to why the SP is falling but anyone who has done their homework would not be selling even with the declining POO. Preparing to buy more as soon as this downtrend breaks.
