SHN has no money and 600 million shares. Its proposed iron ore project (which it has not yet purchased from Mineralogy) is totally dependant on Mineralogy going ahead (it plans to piggy back on that project) and that is a long way from certain notwithstanding the recent "deal" with the Chinese. Be careful on this one.
