    Hi Wasa and all,
    the co did not have the SPP underwritten by Patersons but had them as managing the SPP. therefore not manny takers at .013c when it was at .011.

    IMHO scare tacktics to get cheeper shares.
    next ann MAY be a drilling rig contract signed and spud date fixed
