G'day GHT.
M8, I feel he mean't that Arthur Hood was good with the day to day operating of the company, in other words the machinery, staff relations, and general running of the company, but now they want someone who can, to use a tired old couple of sayings that I personally hate, "think outside the square", "be proactive","take us to the next level", "lead from the front".
I think they want someone who can come up with good money making ideas and not ones like "Lets buy Ballarat so that we can have a big tax deduction for years to come".
