IMO, there is no "a lot of manipulation".
Simply no buyers are willing to put money in. no buyers no volumes.

I purchased ACU after CR. I am still waiting to see how the company is going to spend that money.

IMO, ACU has a great platform and future for micro payment. But as their main targets/clients are charities (no-profit organizations), they limit their potential.

It is not easy to gain profits if they do not have a large member/user base. It is not easy to gain profit if no one download the app.

Think about it. Will you download the app to donate money? what is the benefit to do it? What is so special of their app comparing to others?

ACU management really needs to have a good plan, otherwise, they just waste CR.

btw, as an IT company, they should improve their website.
