Hey all , For the last few months I've been using a metatrader platform with a local cfd provider . I've had an acct with this mob since early 2010 but only started using them full time since August and it has been an absolute battle but I've needed to get my head right and get back into risk mode . The problems started with slippage and platform resets then freezing of trades/platform until they turned into losses . I couldn't believe it and atleast 6% of trades were an issue . But the latest is they add 0.25 points to a trade when I go to close and in some instances several points . Being that I only scalp and exit most trades in 1-3 minutes it becomes a pain . Do u think I should take this further ? I've deleted my acct numbers from below . cheers

plus this mind boggling close of 3 longs on dax at 21 contracts which turned a 300-400 euro profit into a 60 buck loss .
