as you are saying that it will be good in 5-10 years time ,

why do you worry about the deal as you say that even if the deal is done , as you also say that you may not get out of the project even if the deal is done ?

why do you buy in at first ?

Confidence is the key at the moment =)

Maybe some seller is selling is because they may need to sell to cover some losses that they have loss from other investments.
