I think this is fairly close to reality. the big 4 are dinosaurs. does anyone think they will have a branch network in 10 - 12 years? they might have "regional super branches" but that is about it. Without the old school branch network acting as a business moat they will be open to competition from all sorts in a technological front. Tyro is a bank now ,,, what is to stop them competing hard when everything is pure IT driven. The big tech companies may even come in. To be honest, investing in any of the banks has no medium / long future IMO. To many other invest-able growth high tech companies around
