    Further to this point - this figure (4.18) now equates to an 8% increase on to the original offer of $3.87! Early calls from the market stated a 5% to 10% increase on the first offer would seal the deal - Very compelling for NCM to sit and wait for LGL directors to accept ,what appears to be a much more favourable offer for shareholders!
