I seriously think BUR should consider an on-market buyback. They can buy up to 10% without share holder approval and at these levels that would only cost them around $1.2M... Do they have the cash flows to do this? I suspect they do, after all they have been increasing their WI in the last couple of wells. This would demonstrate to the market that BUR is confident in their cashflows etc.. and would [hopefully] push the sp up to around the 15c mark again.
