How could i forget but from a vic ind perspective it wasn,t a big change. I think Bonlacs demise was a bigger catalyst for change which lead to some crazy prices paid for milk processors that ultimately lead to those buyers still struggling to survive ,MG,s private label deal (it was a brilliant move) was the last straw and has totally destroyed both NAT foods and Parmalts business models in Aust in my opinion . The supermarkets private labels did the same for Fonteras plans to dominate the Aust domestic branded dairy products category and it is still struggling to make the Aust business work, it really don,t suit their business modal and i can,t see them persevering with it much longer . Saputo have also paid way to much for WCB and in my opinion and will struggle , that only leaves Bega siting like a shag on a rock that was really hoping to be taken out in the WCB battle well that's how i see it.
