I agree with you, i have been looking at buying them until i found out about the debt, also Century is burning about $200 Mil in cash at these metals prices, and it is going to cost more than that to shut it down. I think they are probably cash flow negative right now as they are losing money on other mines as well as shutdowns etc, they are in big trouble and i think the smart money knows it, hence the extra savage sell off.

Anyway only time will tell if they make it through ok.
