Hi all
At the start of this thread I wondered what the next 2 weeks would bring. That was mid July.
We are all still waiting for the predicted '30c by end of July and watch out for August' and August is almost over. In the meantime@NZ Trader I got an acceptable bite when i threw out the line for my Sydney house. A lot can happen in a month.
C'mon VM and.....i wonder if the SP might move upwards tomorrow as the general marketplace hears that PAA is continuing to have success and people start to want to jump on board. (albeit continued small steps up the success ladder).
The loooong game is wearing me out... We need PAA to firmly settle in the mid 20c for a while without bobbing down to 21 and 22c. I said before, I want to see it settle with lows of 25c or above for a while so I can relax bit.
