Is the market price being held up so that folks take up the offer?
I have been burnt before.
But I think that the difference between the issue price and the current market price is too great to be manipulation.
Evidently they didn't have any trouble offloading the shares to the institutions.
It's hard to knock back an offer of an immediate gain.
What do others think?
Cheers
