    Yes

    The size of the gap between the issue and the market makes me think that it is reflective of the genuine market for the stock.
    If an underwriter was trying to avoid having to take up the stock, I don't think that they would be boosting the price so far above the issue price.
    At least I hope that is the case, because I will probably pony up for it plus any leftovers, but only at the death.

    Jerome Powell and the FED meeting might put the kibosh on everything yet.
    Powell wants everyone to feel poor, so the recent uptick in the market will not be making him happy..
