What do we want from new ARL Board?

Joy, I was exercising my Sense of Humour at its pithiest, but perhaps the following may
make more sense.

Well, decency’s gonski for sure when PIF's thousands
remain in the dark as to what the new ARL board
has concocted for them for the remaining term.
Back in 2012 Wellington trumpeted these “Transaction Highlights”
in their update of the day:

[ “On 19 December 2012 ARL acquired additional assets from the Premium Income Fund.
(do recall, there was no meeting of PIF members to “approve” the transfer).
Charges over six (6) companies in the Forest Resort group were assigned to ARL resulting
in 150,025,399 shares being issued to Perpetual Nominess Limited as custodian for the
Premium Income Fund.
As a result of this transaction, the total shares issued by ARL are 980,558,167.
Seven mortgage loans have been assigned to ARL together with the first ranking
mortgages securing them and all incidental other securities” ]

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM NEW ARL BOARD?

The Board members of ARL are Giles Craig, Frederick Woollard and John Sergeant.

Do we want new ARL maintain previous board’s objectives:

i wind up the company
ii realise MAXIMUM pennies from remaining assets
iii make final distribution

Let’s not kid ourselves; the “company” was created by Dgenny as a refuge shed
from possible loss of Forest Resort assets through the then raging court case.
Once danger passed, the duplication of fees, charges and other toxins
in the cauldron of White Shoe Brigade Brewing Academy simply remained at Dgenny’s call.
Handy for 150,000,000 interior re-decorating, as history shows.
And History glorifies the doctrine of "Silence is Golden" as countless
Corporate AGM's within Australia have shown.

So, Mssrs Craig, Woollard and Sergeant.
When will you edify PIF members on the course you are charting?
