Chapel Hill, 2002 Unwooded Chardonnay

Chapel Hill’s Unwooded Chardonnay is deliberately cross-regional. Fruit is sourced from a minimum of three of South Australia’s most acclaimed Chardonnay regions: McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Padthaway. This policy ensures that the complete combination of Chardonnay’s flavour spectrum is obtained.

Bottled in May 2002 at its freshest, the young wine is a lively aperitif style or a wine suited to modern cuisine styles including Asian, Mediterranean and Fusion. Following the pattern of the previous twelve vintages of Chapel Hill Unwooded Chardonnay, bottle ageing will give graceful development of buttered toast characters and richness that will accompany more strongly flavoured dishes like chilli crab
Asxboard.com share tipping competition rules:
Entries must be submitted by Monday, 22nd December 9:00 AM.
Three different shares must be chosen each with supporting reasons.
Shares will be "bought" at opening price on Monday, 22nd December 2003 and "sold" at the closing price Friday, 2nd January 2004.
If a chosen share is in a trading halt on Monday, 22nd December 2003 the open price after the halt has been lifted will be used. If a chosen share is in a trading halt on Friday, 2nd January 2004 the last price will be used.
The prize winner is the competitor with the greatest positive average percent change for the three shares over the 2 week period. Click Here for more details

N.B. Normally the Asxboard.com Share tipping competition runs over a 1 week period but due to the Christmas/New Year public holidays this has been extended to a 2 week period.
