@Mozzarc Thank you for taking so much trouble with that detailed reply - so detailed that I am afraid I don't grasp it all. I should really try to reread everything keeping that in mind.
@adherent Thank you for your own experience. I have allowed PAR to be a bottom drawer stock for over three years, so I should go back through the threads. Much greater returns would come if the FDA would approve retreatments; I wonder how open it would be to that ( I guess if the data supports it, perhaps)
