I'm not sure it warrants a 30% fall but did think it was priced very high to begin.
The Vaya acquisition was a pretty telling sign in my opinion, as I commented at the time (yet the price kept going up!). Paying $500 per customer for even lower ARPU than their current subscriber base would seem to indicate its a tough market.
