In this market its all about receivables - I can make a $1 billion dollars on paper in a financial year but if there's a significant delay in receiving $$$ (or even worse your customers can't afford to pay) then the flow on effect it you can't pay creditors (ie. BANKS), as a result the company goes into Administration.

WRR currently can't pay their creditors - in 6 months they owe $1.65 million and need to find $$$ somehow to pay for it. Seems like WRR are constantly chasing their own tale, borrowing off peter to pay paul...
